Quick Service is so busy they have to give out free food

Postby rucifee » Sun May 07, 2017 6:29 am

Is FP+ coming soon to Quick Service at MK? It may be necessary, after waiting in line for nearly an hour just to order something to eat many of us were given free cake because it took so long.

This is a serious up charge profit loss, anyone have Bob's number? It needs to be corrected right away.

On another note, multiple ride waits at MK have been well over 100 minutes recently so it's highly probable that fun is being had by no-one.
Bob's constant price gouging has done me in once again. Thanks but no thanks Mr. Iger.

This sounds awesome! I can't wait to get down there. I'm sure it won't be as bad the second week of June. :?

I'm doing a recon trip to Disney and spending hours of research time to make sure that my food and wine experience in October is successful. It's a bit crazy. I have to shield my guests from the absurdities. And I ask why? I guess I'll start a new thread for that.

My guests would love the free cake. Lol.

It sounds like they are emulating Six Flags' staffing model - one cashier open regardless of attendance level.

Yes it does. And one cook in the back putting the baskets together. I had my worst quick service ever last year at johnny rockets at the Oakland Six Flags. Full sun. No free cake. I learned a lesson there.

It is encouraging to know that Disney is not so smug that they can't learn from others. They are showing a growth mindset!
